Report a bug

Where: The Report a bug link in the footer of every page, or the plain form.

If something did not work or did not look right, press Report a bug at the foot of the page. A small panel opens over the page: say what happened (and, if you like, give an e-mail address for an answer), then press Send the report. Under What will be sent with this report you can read the details your browser will pass along first: the page, the browser’s name, the screen size, which features it has, whether the video list loaded, and the last few script errors. A picture helps: choose A picture to attach one, or, on a computer, Take a picture of my screen. Nothing is sent until you press the button.

On an old browser, a TV or a phone that cannot open the panel, the link goes to a plain form at /report/ that needs no script. Reports go into a private list that only the author reads; they are not e-mailed and not shared, and the author may not be able to answer every one.
