Before You Read
A Note on Primary Audience
This document is written primarily for the Christian disciple. Not for the LDS member who is being handed a critique they did not ask for. Not for the hostile skeptic who wants ammunition. For the person who follows Christ and has a Latter-day Saint neighbor, coworker, family member, or friend — and who wants to understand what that person actually believes, what the history of that belief system is, and how to have an honest and loving conversation about it.
If you are a Latter-day Saint reading this document, there is a word written specifically for you in the Introduction. You are welcome here.
If you are a Christian preparing for a conversation you have been dreading, Parts One through Four are your preparation. Part Five is your field deployment. The Adversary's Narrative is the frame for both. Read it before anything else.
